Growing up In Chile

Chile was a section of my life that was very memorable. My brother and I use to have a good friend that lived about a mile from us named Freddy. We use to get into everything. Several of my stories ended up with Freddy getting in trouble and my brother and I having to go home. One story that I recall well was one time Freddy got his dads keys for a large tractor that was in the field. We were all to small to reach the pedals so we had to each take a side and Freddy got the steering wheel. Well we turned it on and accidentally put the plow down. We started moving with Freddy telling us what to do. We left a huge piece of grazing land with plow marks,(no way of covering our tracks literaly!) We were not trying to drive it we just wanted to start it, but it got away from us. Of course once we stopped, and nervously got off the tractor, did we realise the huge plow marks behind us and new we were in big trouble and then proceeded to run home for safety!

Lets Start

Well here I go, my first blog post. Were do I start? I think I will just tell some stories of my past so you can see who I am today.

Look at this good looking kid...by this time i was already a seasoned traveler, at least with my parents. Like I briefly mentioned in about me section, i was adopted when I was 2 days old in Lima, Peru. This pic was taken while we lived in Temuco, Chile. I went to a Catholic school, thus the sport jacket and school crest. At this time I only knew how to speak spanish, our english tutor took this picture a long time ago, it only surfaced a few months ago to my surprise. The other pic is of my older sister and younger brother. As you can tell we were stylin some sweet threads. Oh yeah, I was the only one that was adopted, I hope that was obvious...My brother Tim and sister Lisa are fair skinned. My dad is from the Netherlands and mom was American but of dutch decent so my brother and I were the Original Salt and Pepper! Life in the farmlands were very memorable mainly because we had a small forest just in front of our house about a acer away from this picture.
